Tobias Wetlitzky assists clients in resolving complex contractual and commercial disputes through out-of-court settlements, state court litigation, and arbitration. He combines legal expertise with technical and economic insight to provide clients with optimal advice and representation.

During a secondment with a client in the technology sector, Tobias gained valuable first-hand experience from a corporate perspective. His work is driven by a passion for the technologies and economic frameworks underlying the disputes he handles. By utilizing legal tech tools, he delivers innovative and efficient solutions for his clients.

His practice focuses on disputes within supply chains as well as cooperation and development partnerships. Additionally, he has extensive experience in antitrust litigation, covering both cartel damages claims and the abuse of dominance allegations. Tobias regularly advises and represents clients in cross-border disputes involving both Civil Law and Common Law jurisdictions.

As a co-founder of the Munich Young Litigation Forum, he regularly organizes networking and professional exchange events for the next generation of litigators and in-house counsel.
