Leopold von Kageneck advises and represents national and international clients in pre-litigation proceedings and before state courts. He advises on complex commercial disputes as well as on mass proceedings. His current practice focuses on disputes in the automotive industry and the financial services sector.
Leopold studied law at the University of Mannheim. Through his bachelor's degree, he focused on commercial law issues at an early stage. Already during his studies he worked in dispute resolution for a major international law firm and deepened this interest during his legal traineeship in our dispute resolution team in Paris.
