Thomas is an associate in the firm's Corporate Litigation, Fraud and Investigations team in London. He has wide-ranging experience of acting for clients on complex, high-value and cross-jurisdictional litigation, often in respect of claims involving fraud or dishonesty.

Acting for Vodafone Group and Vodafone UK in their successful defence of the standalone competition law claim brought by Phones 4u Limited against numerous UK mobile network operators.
Acting for liquidators in complex fraud and insolvency-related litigation involving a wide variety of jurisdictions and claims in excess of US$1 billion.
Acting for Brazilian investment fund and fund manager in responding to English injunctions in connection with a shareholder dispute.
Advising FTSE 100 client in respect of human rights litigation risk associated with a potential project in the Middle East.
