Laura is a Partner in the Paris International Debt Capital Markets team.
Laura has significant experience in structured finance, securitisation and capital markets in a range of sectors, both in France and internationally.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Laura spent eleven years in the Finance team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris.
Representative experience
Advising a pool of international and French banks on the structuring and successive upsizes of a USD1bn asset-backed facility for a leading worldwide shipping group.
Advising one of the largest German banks (NY Branch) in the setting-up of a $60m asset-backed facility for the world’s largest independent common carrier.
Advising a leading French bank in renewing a €400m pan-European off-balance sheet securitisation programme of trade receivables by a global leader in water treatment.
Advising Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management in setting up a €600m pan-European infrastructure debt fund (BRIDGE) qualifying as a “fonds de prêt à l’économie”.
