Victor also maintains an active pro bono practice in which he represents immigration clients seeking asylum, U-Visas, T-Visas, adjustments of status, and naturalization. Victor serves as a member of the leadership committee for the CBLA Immigration Clinic and is a member of the Volunteers of Legal Service (“VOLS”) Pro Bono Advisory Council.
Victor earned his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers University Law Review, was a member of the Rutgers Law Minority Student Program, was elected to the Order of the Coif, and received the 2019 Faculty Scholarship and Leadership Award. During law school, he interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey and completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Esther Salas of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Victor received his B.A. in Political Science from Western Washington University.
