Tiffany Magoutas is an associate in the Finance Group. Tiffany focuses her practice on fund finance transactions, representing banks and financial institutions as agents, lead arrangers and lenders in structuring, negotiating, and documenting subscription credit facilities.

Prior to joining Cadwalader, Tiffany practiced in the Finance Group of an international law firm based in Dallas, Texas, primarily representing administrative agents and lenders of subscription-line facilities. She also has experience with asset-based lending and commercial lending transactions. 

Tiffany earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, in Writing & Rhetoric from the University of Central Florida.
