Robyn Llewellyn is a senior attorney in the Capital Markets Group in London. Robyn advises market leading sell?side and buy?side institutions, focusing in particular on securitisation, structured products and bespoke structured lending transactions. Robyn has significant experience in public and private ABS transactions, across various asset classes: residential and commercial property, specialist property lending, auto loans and consumer loans. Robyn has a particular interest in fintech and block chain related transactions. Robyn also has a significant practice in complex OTC credit, equity and FX derivatives and structured products.

Robyn was elected a Future Leader in Derivatives by ISDA in 2024. He has contributed two chapters to European Securitisation: A Practitioner’s Guide to Principles and Jurisdictions’ (conduits and accounting) and wrote the Derivatives Law chapter of Tolley’s Pensions Law Service.

Robyn earned his B.A in law from Lincoln College, Oxford (first class), and a BCL (LLM) also from Lincoln College, Oxford. Robyn received his Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School (distrinction).
