Scott Prior supports clients on various complex transactional and advisory matters, ranging from private and public cross-border mergers and acquisitions to equity capital markets transactions covering initial public offerings as well as secondary raises relating to both shares and global depositary receipts.

Scott trained and qualified at the firm in February 2020 and has since represented international and domestic clients across a number of industry sectors including logistics, property, healthcare and technology. He has advised clients ranging from well-established FTSE-100 listed companies to private equity sponsors and large financial institutions.

As part of his career Scott was seconded to our international office in Singapore and has worked with clients across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
