François Pérès is an associate in the Paris litigation team with a focus on corporate, stock exchange and financial litigations as well as criminal law issues.
In particular, since he joined the team, François has assisted clients facing complex shareholder disputes and high-profile restructuring litigations.
François graduated with a master's degree in corporate and tax law (Paris-Assas University). Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, he developed his experience in M&A transactions within the Corporate departments of leading international law firms, and completed his training in criminal law at the Public Prosecutor's Office.
