Alex advises issuers and financial institutions on the full suite of equity capital markets products, including IPOs, rights issues, continuous offerings, follow-on offerings and accelerated bookbuild transactions, as well as on debt and hybrid securities issuances.
He also has significant experience advising on complex carve-out transactions featuring equity raises and spin offs, as well as on public mergers and acquisitions, such as schemes of arrangement, tender offers and exchange offers, involving both U.S.-listed and non-U.S.-listed clients. Alex has advised clients across multiple geographies, including the United Kingdom, South Africa, Continental Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
Alex is a member of our Financial Institutions sector group and our Digital Assets and Blockchain group. Alex is the co-author of multiple publications regarding the SEC’s guidance on the security status of crypto assets and disclosure considerations for crypto companies offering securities.
