As a senior associate in our London tax group, Natasha advises investors and fund managers in the private capital industry on the full lifecycle of private equity transactions, including secondaries, primaries, co‑investments and GP‑led transactions. She has extensive experience advising on fund formation, restructurings and carried interest arrangements.
She also advises on corporate reorganisations and M&A transactions. Natasha prides herself on providing commercially focused advice and working closely with other practices across the firm to execute transactions seamlessly.
