As a counsel in the London Tax Group, Natalie's practice encompasses a broad spectrum of tax matters. She concentrates on private capital transactions, including secondaries, primaries, co-investments and GP-leds . She is also experienced in advising on fund formation, M&A, corporate reorganisations, capital markets and finance transactions.

Recognising the importance of the tax angles to any transaction, Natalie's strengths lie in delivering clear technical and commercial advice. She prides herself on developing strong relationships with her investor and fund manager clients and her established connections with practices across the firm and the wider Hogan Lovells Global Tax team which enable her to deliver coordinated and practical solutions.

Representative experience

Advising General Electric (GE) on disposal of US$23bn global real estate equity and debt portfolio business.
Advising Mitsubishi Heavy Industries on €3.5bn global joint venture with Siemens in the field of metals machinery technology.
Advising major UK retail bank on disposal of UK mortgage business.
Advising SABMiller in relation to a wide range of transactions, including M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures and financing arrangements.
Advising Wyevale Garden Centres, a portfolio company of Terrafirma and the UK's largest garden centre chain, on a number of acquisitions.
Advising FCE Bank PLC on the securitisation of UK consumer auto loan receivables and in relation to similar securitisations in other European jurisdictions.
