As the Knowledge & Research Manager for the Hogan Lovells corporate practice, Michelle's key focus is on knowledge management and legal support. She joined Hogan Lovells in 2011 as a professional support lawyer to the corporate practice in Hong Kong and in 2015, she was appointed Manager for knowledge and research to the regional corporate practice. During her time at the firm, Michelle has helped design, build and implement a number of knowledge management and training initiatives.
She also supports the corporate practice by producing and maintaining model documents, delivering internal and external training, as well as keeping her team up-to-date on legal developments and current awareness. Michelle was admitted in England and Wales in 2003 and then in Hong Kong in 2008. She is a former corporate finance lawyer with experience in England and Hong Kong advising on a wide range of private and public M&A, PE and commercial transactions.
