In addition, Loren advises clients in the area of workouts and the restructuring of both construction and permanent mortgage loans and mezzanine loans. This expertise includes the drafting and negotiation of pre-negotiation letters, forbearance agreements, loan modifications and settlement agreements providing for the transfer of real property pursuant to a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure and friendly foreclosure. She also has experience representing both purchasers and sellers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real property and representing both landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation of office and retail leases.
Loren received her J.D., with distinction, from Emory University School of Law and a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Emory University. She is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey.
