Lisa Post's practice is concentrated in the area of commercial mortgage securitization. She has been involved in numerous securitizations and commercial mortgage-related transactions representing issuers, underwriters, mortgage loan sellers, and institutional investors in the primary and secondary capital markets. Lisa advises on issues related to the sale and securitization of commercial mortgage loans, with particular attention to disclosure issues and negotiating and diligencing representations and warranties. She also has significant experience in post-securitization issues, including structuring defeasance transactions.

Lisa received a B.A. from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the CRE Finance Council.
