As a corporate associate in the firm’s Tokyo office, Ardi advises Japanese and international clients on a range of corporate matters, including cross-border M&A transactions in both public and private contexts, as well as internal reorganizations, corporate governance, and venture capital transactions. He has extensive experience drafting transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and providing general corporate advice.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Ardi worked as part of a tier one M&A team in the New York office of a large U.S. law firm.
Ardi is a native speaker of English and Persian and is fluent in Japanese. He worked as a reporter and researcher for a major Japanese newspaper before graduating from law school.

Advising Sojitz Corporation on its acquisition of ownership of Royal Healthcare Pte. Ltd., a specialist healthcare and medical services provider in Singapore.
Advising Sojitz Corporation on its acquisition of Petroautos, S.A., marking Sojitz's continued expansion into the Central and South American market.
