Katie Clardy is a counsel in the fund finance practice group at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Katie advises various banks and lending institutions as lenders and lead agents in structuring, negotiating and documenting bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, including subscription credit facilities and management fee secured credit facilities.

Katie is recognized in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Banking and Finance Law and has been named as a 2024 “Rising Star” by the Fund Finance Association.

Katie received her LL.M. in Law & Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law and her J.D. from West Virginia College of Law. She also earned a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
