Jordan Ballard’s practice focuses on fund finance in the Finance Group. Jordan represents banks and financial institutions as lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity funds. 

Jordan was included in the 2025 and 2026 editions of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Banking and Finance Law.

Jordan received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and his B.S. from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington in Business Administration, with a double-concentration in Finance and Business Development.
