Henry LaBrun's practice is concentrated in representing issuers, underwriters, purchasers and servicers of mortgage- and asset-backed securities and commercial paper and in other sale and financing transactions involving a variety of asset types. He also advises servicers and lenders in connection with the workout and restructuring of securitized and other financial assets.

Hank has been named 2026 “Lawyer of the Year” by the Best Lawyers in America and included in the guide since 2018 for Securitization and Structured Finance Law in Charlotte. He is also recognized in the 2026 Lawdragon “500 Leading Dealmakers in America” guide.

Hank received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his B.A. from Stanford University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of North Carolina.
