Max Feinstein focuses his practice on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and cross-border transactions. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Max was a manager at a leading accounting firm in their International Tax and Transaction Services group, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on U.S. federal income tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions.

Prospector Baseball Group on its launch and acquisition of the Lancaster Stormers baseball team.

The Bowers Group, Inc. on its US$475m cash and stock acquisition by Legence Corp.

Oxford Ionics on its sale to IonQ in a transaction valued at US$1.075bn.
