Roundtable discussion – U.S./UK Tech Prosperity deal

The deal, explained in our recent posts (here and here), commits the two countries to work together across a wide range of technologies, including AI, quantum, and advanced nuclear technologies.

The collaboration goes well beyond data centers and other digital infrastructure – extending to a wide range of sectors in which those technologies will be applied: from space, defense, and energy to health, finance, and telecommunications.

Our team from both sides of the Atlantic will lead a conversation exploring the deal, including:

• What the deal means for investment and M&A;
• What will pro-innovation regulation look like, and how might the deal impact both countries’ regulatory agenda;
• How the two countries might collaborate on the international stage to set the agenda for industry standards and security protocols; and
• Implications for China, the EU, and other countries on the outside of the deal.
