The EU Listing Act was published in the Official Journal of the EU on 14 November 2024, and the first set of changes of the Amended EU Prospectus Regulation enter into force on 4 December 2024. These upcoming changes both in the EU and UK will lead to greater divergence between the EU and UK prospectus regimes. During the webinar, our speakers will cover:
