ACIC Spring Investment Forum

The conference featured a three-panel series focusing on a hypothetical issuer that is facing financial distress. Panel one focused on covenant amendments, panel two on a workout where a Chapter 11 filing was possible, and the final panel on extreme considerations for lenders deciding to take ownership of a company through bankruptcy.
