2023 International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium

This two-day event was filled with programming on worldwide insolvency, including sessions like “State of the Market on Cross-Border Recognition”, “Where Is the Next European Restructuring Hub?”, and “Offering Solutions: When Sanctions and Insolvency Cross Paths” with a keynote from Hon. Catarina Serra of the Portuguese Supreme Court of Justice.
