Theo is an associate in the firm's Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Project (IERP) practice. He supports clients on a range of transactions in the infrastructure and renewable energy investment space, including acquisition, disposals, refinancings, joint ventures and co-investments. He has experience drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and other corporate and project documents for a range of clients, both in the UK and overseas.
Theo was seconded to the firm’s Middle East office for 6 months, based in Dubai.
