Christina Mille is an associate in the Financial Services Group. She advises banks, non-bank financial institutions, and other market participants on a range of derivatives and securities transactions. She has experience in advising and negotiating over-the-counter derivatives documentation for both buy- and sell-side clients, including industry standard and bespoke trading documentation.
Christina earned her J.D. from New York Law School, where she was Senior Editor of Family Law Quarterly, and received her B.A., cum laude, from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
