As an Italian-qualified lawyer Valentina Cerrigone provides comprehensive advice in the field of EU trade mark law, advising clients in industries as diverse as fashion and luxury goods, food and beverage, retail, travel and leisure. She has experience in all proceedings before the EUIPO, as well as in European prosecution matters and infringement actions. Before joining Hogan Lovells, in 2022, Valentina gained experience in a major Italian law firm boutique specialising in IP law.

She holds a law degree from Università degli Studi di Milano and an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London.
