Africa is gaining increasing significance in the mining space as many African countries contain a wealth of mineral resources, some of which will be critical for the energy transition. Our Africa mining team is ideally positioned to assist in successfully managing the legal, regulatory, and political challenges which are inherent in doing business in this sector on the African continent.
