Listed Funds

We have one of the leading listed investment company practices in London and have worked on a considerable number of high-profile, complex fund launches. Our top tier (Legal 500) team knows the market from every angle, acting for issuers, sponsors, investors, and activists.

We are one of a very small group of firms that has experience listing funds on all of London's equity capital markets – the London Stock Exchange's Main Market, the Specialist Fund Market, and AIM. We have also listed funds on the Luxembourg, Channel Islands, Irish, and Bermuda stock exchanges.

We have a balanced issuer- and bank-side practice, and we regularly act for all of the banks that are active in the London investment company markets.

Our strong and constructive relationships with the UK Listing Authority (the FCA) and the London Stock Exchange help to facilitate constructive and timely solutions to any regulatory roadblocks on fund listings and transactions involving parties that are listed.
