Hogan Lovells recognised twice over as Law Firm of the Year at the 2026 European Securitization Awards
London, 27 March 2026 – Hogan Lovells is delighted to announce it has been named Esoteric ABS Law Firm of the Year and ESG Law Firm of the Year at the GlobalCapital European Securitization Awards 2026. This follows another standout year for the firm’s European Structured Finance and Securitization team and marks the second consecutive year the firm has won both titles.
Additionally, the firm advised on five award-winning transactions across the Deal of the Year categories:
- ABS Deal of the Year and Most Innovative Deal of the Year for Vantage Data Centers 2025-1;
- Esoteric ABS Deal of the Year and ESG Deal of the Year for Golden Ray 2; and
- Private Securitization Deal of the Year for Finlight C&I warehouse securitization – Project Phoenix.
The awards recognise the breadth of the team’s expertise across the European securitisation market and highlight its role advising on some of the year’s most innovative and high-profile transactions. Winning both law firm categories for a second year running also underlines the team’s continued strength in esoteric ABS and ESG securitisation work.
