Hogan Lovells advises majority shareholders on sale of Marlep Group

Led by partners Dr. Thomas Dörmer and Dr. Tim Heitling, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the majority shareholders of Marlep Group on its sale to SITRA Group.

The Marlep Group, headquartered in Hamburg, is a leading international provider of tank logistics, specialising in the temperature-controlled transport of liquid foodstuffs. In addition to its headquarters in Hamburg, the company operates a major site near Gdańsk, Poland. Marlep primarily serves customers in Germany, the Benelux countries, France and Poland.

SITRA Group, based in Belgium, is a leading international provider of complete logistics solutions for the transport of food products.

Hogan Lovells advises majority shareholders of the Marlep Group on all legal aspects of the transaction. The team led by Berlin partners Dr Thomas Dörmer and Dr Tim Heitling has extensive expertise in the infrastructure sector, particularly in the development, financing and structuring of transactions along the entire value chain.
