Hogan Lovells advises Katjes on the further tap of its Nordic bond

Led by Frankfurt partner Prof. Dr. Michael Schlitt and counsel Dr. Susanne Ries global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Katjes International GmbH & Co. KG on the further tap of its Nordic bond issued 2023.

The issue volume was increased by EUR 15 million, exercising the existing increase option, and will be used for the partial financing of the acquisition of a holding of approx. 27 per cent. in Missoni S.p.A.. The new bonds were placed with institutional investors and will be included in the existing listing of the Nordic bond in the open market segment Quotation Board at the Frankfurt stock exchange and in the Nordic ABM of the Oslo stock exchange. The Nordic bonds issued were increased to a total of EUR 200 million with the tap.

Hogan Lovells previously advised Katjes International on the issuance of its Nordic bond in 2023, the first tap in 2025 as well as earlier bond issues, taps and exchange offers.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA assisted with the private placement of the tap and the technical aspects of the transaction.
