Led by Munich partner Dr. Nikolas Zirngibl, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the shareholders of JustPlay GmbH on the sale of a 70% stake in the company to South Korea’s NCSOFT Corporation for a purchase price of USD 202 million.

NCSOFT Corporation is a publicly listed South Korean video game developer and publisher. Founded in 1997, the company is among the world’s well-known providers of online games and is particularly recognized for massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs) featuring long-term live services and a large international player base.
