Hogan Lovells advises Gini on its sale to Banyan Software

Led by partner Peter Huber, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Gini GmbH on its sale to international software and financial investor Banyan Software.

Gini develops and offers digital solutions for banks, insurance companies and e-commerce platforms to simplify invoicing and payment processes for their users. Its best-known application is Fotoüberweisung, which is used by many of Germany's largest banks, as well as the Gini Pay Connect payment function in the health and e-commerce sectors.

Hogan Lovells provided Gini with comprehensive advice on all legal issues and supported it throughout the transaction.
