Hogan Lovells advises Clue on a strategic investment by Verdane
Led by Thiemo Woertge and Lucie Arntz, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Berlin-based FemTech scale-up Clue (BioWink GmbH) on a strategic investment by Verdane.
The investment comes from Verdane’s €2 billion growth fund and represents the largest single investment in Clue to date. As part of the transaction, Verdane will become the company’s largest investor.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Berlin, BioWink GmbH is the leading provider in the FemTech sector with its application Clue. By turning health data into agency, Clue is building a world where women live better. It is available in 25 languages and in more than 190 countries worldwide.
