Hogan Lovells advises Lux Entertainment on strategic investment by TEC Experience into its share capital

30 March 2026 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has represented Lux Entertainment in connection with the private equity growth capital investment by TEC Experience into Lux Entertainment's share capital. TEC Experience was represented by Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici.

The transaction consisted of TEC Experience's acquisition of a qualified minority interest in Lux Entertainment through a combination of (i) the purchase of existing shares from current shareholders and (ii) a newly-issued capital increase, providing fresh primary capital to fund Lux Entertainment’s continued international expansion.

The investment by TEC Experience S.p.A. represents a significant milestone in Lux Entertainment's strategic growth trajectory, reinforcing the Company's positioning as an international leader in the experiential events and immersive productions market.
