Hogan Lovells advises Invitalia on its investment in Italian Green Factory

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Invitalia – Agenzia nazionale per l’attrazione degli investimenti e lo sviluppo d’impresa S.p.A. (the National Agency for the Attraction of Investments and Business Development) – in its role as the manager of the Fondo per la salvaguardia dei livelli occupazionali e la prosecuzione dell’attività di impresa (Fund for the Safeguarding of Employment Levels and the Continuation of Business Activities) on its investment in Italian Green Factory S.p.A., a company operating in the energy sector, specifically in the green energy, part of T.E.A. Tek group, operating in the water, alternative energy, and industrial plants markets.

Hogan Lovells supported Invitalia through every stage of the investment process, addressing all corporate and contractual matters.
