Hogan Lovells advises Intesa Sanpaolo on €500 million covered bond

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Intesa Sanpaolo on the issuance of a €500 million covered bond, subscribed by the EIB.
The funding will support access to credit and investments by SMEs and mid-caps.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was composed of Annalisa Dentoni Litta and Roberto Trionte.
